Labonte, Fans Ready To Close Out 2009 Season

Terry Labonte and a host of fans will close out the 2009 season when the #08 FanCar.com Toyota takes to Homestead Motor Speedway on Sunday. Labonte and Boris Said have both found success behind the wheel of the #08 this season. The most recent run for the #08 was at Lowes, where Labonte drove it to a 37th place finish.

#08 Withdraws from Texas

The #08 team is disappointed to report we have withdrawn our entry from this weekends Dickies 500 at Texas Motor Speedway.

We are currently focusing all efforts on the Homestead event which will see Terry Labonte driving the #08 Fancar.com Toyota.

Nascar Banking 500 Post Race Report

Terry Labonte and the #08 started 43rd Saturday night. Despite lacking a full sponsor the team ran the entire event finishing 37th.

The team decided to work on handling during both Saturday practices, eventually finding a shock and spring combination that Terry felt comfortable with. In the first quarter of the race Labonte ran very competitive lap times and navigated around several multi car wrecks. The #08 was also able to lead a lap under caution.
