Electrical issues have soured the seasons final race for the #08 Fancar.com Toyota, resulting in a 42nd place finish. Terry Labonte initially made the team aware of an issue after fumes began leaking in the car 50 laps into the race.

During the first caution of the race on lap 81, the team started repairs on the car. Work continued until lap 89 when the team officially retired from the event.

Terry Labonte and a host of fans will close out the 2009 season when the #08 FanCar.com Toyota takes to Homestead Motor Speedway on Sunday.
